a little bit about me

I’m a senior product and experience leader focused on designing clear, durable digital products at scale. Over the past 17+ years, I’ve led the design and evolution of platforms across commerce, fintech, media, gaming, and emerging technologies—turning complex systems into intuitive, human-centered experiences.

My work spans end-to-end product definition, from early concept and strategy through execution and scale. I’ve partnered closely with engineering, product, and executive teams to shape vision, define roadmaps, and deliver experiences that balance usability, brand, and business outcomes.

I’ve worked with and led initiatives for companies including Activision Blizzard King, Amazon, Microsoft, and other Fortune 500 brands, while also helping build and scale startups from the ground up. I’m an entrepreneur at heart, with experience founding, growing, and exiting companies.

What I focus on:

  • Experience and product strategy across complex platforms
  • Design systems and interaction models that scale
  • Hands-on product design for high-impact user journeys
  • Leading and mentoring high-performing design teams
  • Translating business goals into clear, usable experiences
  • Cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, data, and growth
  • Customer-centered decision making grounded in research and real-world usage

My
Design process

A well-defined process drives formative research and defines the needs of our users. It also creates beautiful designs and delightful experiences.

01.

EMPATHIZE

Research and understand your users' needs. Focus on user-centric research with the goal of gaining an empathic understanding of what the user needs. Set aside assumptions to gain true user insights.

DEFINE

After gathering insights on your users, begin to analyze and state the core user needs. Collect ideas to begin defining features, functionality, and other elements.

03.

IDEATE

After observing and understanding users, we've begun to form core problem statements and begin creating ideas to solve those problems.

04.

PROTOTYPE

The goal is to now identify the best possible solution. Creation of various designs and prototypes that are then accepted, rejected, or improved based on user's experiences.

Rigorously test, evaluate, and iterate on your product. With the deepest level of insights and testing the product in-market, we then take learnings to further refine and improve the product.
