My
Design process

A well-defined process drives formative research and defines the needs of our users. It also creates beautiful designs and delightful experiences.

01.

EMPATHIZE

Research and understand your users' needs. Focus on user-centric research with the goal of gaining an empathic understanding of what the user needs. Set aside assumptions to gain true user insights.

02.

DEFINE

After gathering insights on your users, begin to analyze and state the core user needs. Collect ideas to begin defining features, functionality, and other elements.

03.

IDEATE

After observing and understanding users, we've begun to form core problem statements and begin creating ideas to solve those problems.

04.

PROTOTYPE

The goal is to now identify the best possible solution. Creation of various designs and prototypes that are then accepted, rejected, or improved based on user's experiences.

TEST

Rigorously test, evaluate, and iterate on your product. With the deepest level of insights and testing the product in-market, we then take learnings to further refine and improve the product.
